Alex Sturman was born and raised just outside of Austin, Texas. She began writing in 1993 dabbling in poetry and an occasional work of prose. In 2005 Alex completed her first fiction novel “Broken Promises” while living in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon completion of “Broken Promises,” Alex quickly began work on her first screen play “Another Hope For Morning,” completing the creative process in 2007 after relocating to Austin, Texas. Alex has penned several short erotic pieces, and has been a featured reader for Bedpost Confessions in Austin, Texas. Having found surprising inspiration from her 3-year-old furry and friendly four-legged companion, Mr. Fritz’s carefree way of life, Alex recently began work on her second novel.
